Top FIve Non Offer Prospects in the IE

Here are the Top-Ranked Non-Offered Players in the Inland Empire. We anticipate their status changing as the season starts.

1. Lamar Bratton (OLT, J.W. North, 6-1 1/2, 268, 5.22) -- I think many colleges are missing the boat with the player. He has great technique and a decent body. Projects as a guard or center at the next level. He needs to be offered! Love this kid.

2. David Dash (Ath, A.B. Miller, 5-8, 169, 4.60 -- Turned in one of the fastest 40 yd dash times at the Nike Combine in Los Angeles early in the spring. Very much in the mold of a RB that can play in space. Waiting to see what happens with the rest of the RB's that have already been offered.

3. Necho Beard (WR, Rancho Verde, 6-0, 186, 4.56) -- The 4.56 was turned in at the Nike Combine in LB. This kid can flat out fly. Love the way he performed at the Nike Camp at USC and it won't be long until someone will offer him. Projects to being an inside WR.

4. Marcel Peoples (WR, Corona Santiago, 5-8, 163, 4,70) -- On a team that passed the ball very inconsistently, he stood out on film. Another kid that is quick in speed. With new HC Jeff Steinberg on board, look for his senior film to just shine. He has a lot going for him.

5. Greg Watson (QB, Rancho Cucamonga, 5-10, 160, 4.92) -- Oregon had offered this kid as a DB, but dropped after that got a commit from a CB is Sarcamento. This kid is a playmaker, but he needs to show that he can play on defense too. Might be tough to get this kid an offer. But, there is hope.
